Once Again Upgrades Its Almond Butter Production

Nunda, NY – Once Again Nut Butter has added a new, efficient roaster, state-of-the-art mill, four-head filler, and pack-out machine to its almond butter production room. The automated equipment fills, packs, and shrink wraps the jars, creating a more ergonomic environment for the operators, who now simply need to place the finished case onto the pallet. The 100-horsepower mill and roaster are also able to produce more pounds of almond butter per hour than they did before, and the larger filler is doing double the quantity. Located in Once Again’s main facility, which is SQF Certified in Food Safety & Quality, the updated production room is up-and-running for creamy almond butter. A crunchy system will be added soon. Available in organic and natural options, Once Again’s almond butters start with ethically sourced almonds that are dry roasted until they reach their peak flavor. Processed on dedicated equipment in a peanut-free facility, the almonds are then naturally milled to create wonderfully rich-tasting nut butter with no added sugars or salt. The products are also free of added oils, with the exception of Once Again’s natural no-stir creamy almond butter, which contains responsibly sourced, RSPO Certified organic palm oil for stabilization. Once Again’s sustainable almond butter lineup includes: organic creamy roasted, organic crunchy roasted, organic lightly toasted creamy, organic lightly toasted crunchy, natural creamy roasted, natural crunchy roasted, natural lightly toasted creamy, natural no-stir creamy, and keto-friendly blanched almond butter. Recycled 16oz glass jars and squeeze packs are available for retailers across the country to carry, and 5lb, 9lb and 35lb bulk tubs for foodservice and industrial customers are also available.
