Plantasia Foods is a manufacturer of taste-first, pre-cooked, 60-second microwavable/heatable plant-based products. The products deliver a gratifying culinary experience, without compromise, and embrace the future of food by targeting those who choose to eat less meat and more vegetable products. We carefully select ingredients for quality and traceability with an eye towards small sustainable farms.
Unique among competitors, our products are precooked and can be prepared in less than one minute in the microwave. In addition, they are taste-first, chef-driven formulations that are clean-label, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO.
Our founders are George Vutetakis, a famous vegetarian chef, author, restauranteur, and expert plant-based product developer, and Carlos Barroso, former head of Global R&D and Quality for both PepsiCo and Campbell's and expert manufacturing. With our equally experienced board, we bring a level of expertise that other brands cannot match.
