Date sugar is simply unrefined dried dates ground into a fine powder. It has the trace nutrients found in whole dates, including potassium, calcium, and antioxidants.
Our Organic Date Sugar is made out of the finest quality of Dates in the world: the peerless Deglet Noor grown in our own Oasis in the south of Tunisia. It is certified Organic, Vegan, Non-GMO, Kosher and Gluten-free.
