What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner? I've been lucky to have been able to create a unique pathway to business that focuses on development, innovation, creativity, and responsibility. We have been able to create a hybrid go-to-market strategy that is part traditional CPG, part experiential, and part mission-based. The ability to work with approximately 500 non-profit charity events a year while bringing products to market is extremely rewarding. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner? One of the biggest challenges is maintaining the bandwidth and focus on keeping up with growth and not losing sight of the ultimate objectives by getting bogged down in minutia. What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today? View your business from a consumer perspective, not yours.
